At the ARES meeting at 6 pm on February 25, we will have a guest speaker, Bill Mann, W1KX, from Monmouth. Bill will be speaking to us about the organization of the National Traffic System. This is the W/VE network that can be used to pass formal traffic throughout North America, and is still there when the Web fails. The NTS is a resource that every ARES member may have occasion to use and needs to know about. See you there.
